Second Story Garage: GoodRattle

We brought another jazz band into the Second Story Garage, but GoodRattle was playing to an entirely different tune.

The group, which also goes by the Wil Swindler Quintet, features Swindler on sax, Gabe Mervine on trumpet, Ben Markley on piano, Matt Smiley on bass and Chris Smith on the drums. They're all involved in different jazz projects around the Front Range, but as GoodRattle, they're a swinging, Pepper Adams and Cannonball Adderely-influenced good time.

What they brought us: Swindler left us a reed from his sax, even after we warned him we might use the DNA to clone him.
