The portal has been functional since 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, according to the Office of Information Technology website, and no problems have been reported since, university officials said.
Problems, including outages and slowing due to heavy traffic, began on Monday morning, the first day of spring classes and persisted throughout most of the day on Tuesday. The university has not determined what the issues are but have been working closely with vendors to fix them.
The portal allows students to access their class schedules, grades, tuition bill and add and drop classes. Faculty also use the portal to access class rosters and other information often needed at the beginning of the semester.
