The University of Colorado Board of Regents gave final approval Thursday to a plan to build a new academic hub on the Boulder campus on top of the Euclid Autopark garage.

The project is expected to cost between $37.8 million and $43 million. The new building, which will house various campus programs as well as classrooms, is proposed to be 105,000 square feet. Construction is set to begin in April 2015.
