The University of Colorado's Boulder campus commencement ceremony begins at 8:30 a.m. Friday at Folsom Field.

Campus officials recommend that guests arrive early and plan to be seated by 8:15 a.m. 

Doors open at 7 a.m., and parking on campus is free except for Euclid Autopark. The ceremony is free and open to the public.

CU will confer 5,891 total degrees on Friday, including 4,489 bachelor's degrees, 911 master's degrees, 159 law degrees and 332 doctoral degrees.

Eric Stough, producer and animation director for Comedy Central's "South Park," will deliver the commencement address. Stough graduated with a degree in film studies from CU in 1995.
