The University of Colorado's Leeds School of Business has received a $500,000 gift commitment from Phillips 66 for career development, the university announced this week.

Phillips 66 donated the gift to the school's career development office, which provides undergraduate students with professional skills, career exploration and preparation, experiences in industry and connections to employers.

The company also has donated to the business school's mentorship program and the Jennie Smoly Caruthers Biotechnology Building.
