T he fall reality season is barely out the door, but producers are already looking ahead to 2010. Here's the scoop on the new shows:

Trump the Matchmaker?

Donald Trump's stepping beyond his "Celebrity Apprentice" boundaries to star in "The Ultimate Merger."

Trump will host the new reality show and act as the program's resident matchmaker. Would you let this man pick your spouse?

"The Ultimate Merger" will feature a group of eligible bachelors competing to win the heart of the guest bachelorette. However, those men will be running for the door when they find out who it is.

It was just revealed that "The Ultimate Merger" will pick a husband for "The Apprentice's" wickedest

Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth
contestant. Yes, "Apprentice" star Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth is looking for a man.

Be scared, be very scared.

Fantasy Island -- Part Deux

"Fantasy Island" was a popular show in the pre-reality TV world. Each week, the fictional characters would have their wishes come to life with the aid of the isle's host, Mr. Roarke.

If the show doesn't ring a bell, you probably know the program's famous opening line, "Da plane. Da Plane." That translates into "The plane. The plane."

"Survivor" producer Mark Burnett is now reviving the show's premise and turning it into a reality program.

The new "Fantasy Island" will take place at a tropical resort and take on more of a love theme. A dozen contestants will compete to become the ultimate island host, as they help resort guests find lost loves and create outrageous weddings.

Burnett's known for throwing curveballs into his shows ("Survivor" and "The Apprentice"), so this could get very interesting.

Stay tuned.
