Musician will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas will come to Boulder on Thursday to campaign for Barack Obama and encourage college students to register to vote, according to a campaign news release.

The Obama campaign announced will.i.am will stop at Half Fast Subs, 1215 13th St., at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, one of three campaign events the star will hold in Colorado this week.

He also will be appear in Denver today at a pre-debate event and in Fort Collins at 3 p.m. Thursday after his Boulder stop.
