Fashion, makeup and hair won't be the only topic of discussion at the third annual Colorado Fashion Week Oct. 2-6 in downtown Denver. The event will kick off with a panel discussion on the business of fashion. Justice Kwesi Kwarteng, founder and creative director of the multi-day program, says that from the beginning his goal has been to build an "economically sustainable and respected fashion industry for Colorado."

Kwarteng runs a talent agency and works with designers who are trying to build their brands. Three designers that he's currently promoting will show their collections Oct. 5.
