Howdy everybody, it's another Tuesday in snowy Colorado as Radio 1190 continues to march through the tundra to deliver you the musical goods you so dearly crave.

We've got a ton of records going in this week so let's get right to it.

Grouper has returned with a lovely collection of recordings made around the same time as her impeccable 2008 release Dragging a Dead Deer Up a Hill. The album is entitled The Man Who Died in His Boat and, as usual, no one can quite create that hazy slow-folk quite as enchantingly as Liz Harris can.

Punk weirdos Pissed Jeans are back with a blistering release of the grungy punk rock they've built their names on. Honeys delivers the skeptical everyday insights we've grown to cherish by the Jeans, and a healthy variance from track to track makes Honeys one of the more thoroughly enjoyable punk records of 2013, so far.

Indie-as-fuck groove sharks STRFKR are finally back with a release that is even more four on the floor than thought possible for a band of its reputation. Smooth keys dart around the disco beats with carefree abandon on Miracle Mile, proving that despite the band's overwhelming trendiness, STRFKR has accomplished a respectable mastery of its craft.

Other additions include:

* Wonderful, Glorious, Eels.

* OFF!, OFF!

* Cool Cocoon, The Spinto Band.

* Hummingbird, Local Natives.

* Willing, Airstrip.
