Friday, August 29, 2008

College is the time of your life. Or so you’ve heard.

It’s also a fun time to go out and get random piercings, go home for Thanksgiving and scare the hell out of mom and dad.

Whatever, it grows back, right? Unless you stretch those ears to your belly button.

Here are five places just around the corner that will pierce your . . . well, we’ll leave that up to you.

The popular piercing and tattoo haven on the Hill offers most piercings above the belt for $19.95, with stainless-steel jewelry included. The shop also carries tone, horn, bone, authentic tribal jewelry and other natural jewelry, as well as T-shirts, hoodies, jackets and hats. No appointment is necessary. Stop by noon to 8 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, noon to 9 p.m. Thursday, noon to 10 p.m. Friday and 1 to 6 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
