(AP) -- Law enforcement authorities have arrested a man they say was driving a vehicle that struck a 19-year-old Boulder woman who later died.
The Colorado State Patrol said they were searching for a second car that also struck Cerridwyn Ursula-Lujan as she was walking across U.S. Highway 287 north of Longmont about 1:20 a.m. Tuesday.
Jeremy Raisch, 34, of Windsor, was arrested on suspicion of failing to remain at the scene of an accident and failing to notify police of an accident.
Ursula-Lujan was airlifted to Denver Health Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
