BOULDER -- Boulder County has opened its Flood Rebuilding & Permit Information Center to help residents of unincorporated areas affected by the September floods.
The center, formerly the Flood Recovery Center, is in the county's Land Use Department, 2045 13th St., Boulder. This week, the center is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Beginning Monday, Oct. 21, its hours will be 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thorugh Friday.
Experts on septic and wastewater systems, floodplain regulation, transportation, planning and building codes are staffing the center.
