Two Boulder County cyclists won national titles on Saturday at the 2013 USA Cycling Professional Criterium National Championships in High Point, N.C.

Boulder rider Eric Young, who races for Team Optum/Kelly Benefit Strategies, and Pinecliffe resident Alison Powers of the NOW and Novartis for MS team, both won at the criterium championship race.

Young, 24, also won at criterium nationals in 2011. Powers finished third in road race and time trial nationals earlier this year.
