City of Boulder employee, Kurt Keilbach, acts as the Water Wizard during the 16th annual children’s Water Festival held on the CU campus, Wednesday, May 14, 2008. Keilbach, who works at the waste water lab as an analyst, has been participating in the event for 14 years.
