Bangkok Cuisine is only open at night, and it leases a space that's occupied in the daytime by another restaurant, the North Boulder Café. (The two restaurants have different owners.) Then there are Bangkok Cuisine's signature Thai ingredients, like lemongrass, fish sauce, kaffir lime, coconut milk and turmeric. And finally there's the combination of value and flavor. No, you won't get your noodle bowl here for just a dollar, as you might in Bangkok itself. But you'll get delicious curries for affordable prices.
