Guessing by the popularity of Crepes a la Cart, I'm not alone in liking crepes. The restaurant, which opened this spring, has become popular with tourists and locals alike. Part of this is due to location -- Crepes a la Cart sits right downtown, on Broadway between Spruce and Pearl streets. Then there's the fun ambience -- the dining area is decorated in a country French motif, with periwinkle walls, a faux pressed-tin ceiling and red leather couches.
But a big reason the restaurant is busy is the crepes themselves. The menu is extensive. You can choose from 29 different savory crepes, 36 sweet ones, and 13 breakfast varieties.
