If you live in Boulder, chances are you've driven past Dolan's Restaurant. It sits near the corner of Arapahoe Avenue and Folsom Street. If you haven't been inside Dolan's, though, you may not have paid the place much attention. The big trees out front hide the building's interior and give it a quiet profile.
Inside, the restaurant feels much the same way. The dark cherry paneling, cozy booths and crisp white tablecloths give the dining area a classy feel. And the steak-and-seafood menu feels as traditional as the décor. In a town where the culinary scene can be noisily cutting-edge, Dolan's has stayed the course.
