Boulder runner Adriana Nelson won the U.S. Half-Marathon national title in Duluth, Minn., in one hour, 11 minutes and 18 seconds on Saturday.

She beat U.S. Olympic marathoner Desi Davila by 7 seconds. This is Nelson's first national title, and she plans to run the Peachtree 10K in July, which doubles as the U.S. women's 10K championships.
