Boulder's Open Space and Mountain Parks Department opened the East Boulder-White Rocks Trail east of Boulder today.
The trail was seriously damaged in September's floods. Crews completed major repairs to the trail before it was reopened.
However, the trail is not back to its pre-flood conditions, and bicyclists and equestrians may find the trail difficult to use, city officials said.
OSMP has now opened 98 percent of Boulder's flood-damaged trail system.
