Editor's note: This story has been changed to reflect the University of Colorado's decision to move the press conference to 2 p.m. to accommodate coach Tad Boyle's travel schedule.

Colorado's Spencer Dinwiddie will announce whether he is going to enter the NBA Draft or stay in Boulder for his senior season at a press conference at the Coors Events Center on Thursday at 2 p.m.

Dinwiddie has been open about his intentions to play in the NBA in the future, but he tore the ACL in his left knee in January, throwing a potential wrench in those plans.

A 6-foot-6 point guard, Dinwiddie hasn't played since, and probably won't be ready until late summer or early fall.

If he does leave, Dinwiddie will be the second Buffs player in two years to leave CU early. Former Buff Andre Roberson was selected as the No. 26 pick in the first round of the 2013 draft. That selection was made by Minnesota, but his rights were traded to Oklahoma City.

BuffZone.com will have complete coverage of Dinwiddie's decision on Thursday.
