After being down for almost a week, Desire2Learn -- the online learning system used by the University of Colorado -- is back up and running, according to the school's website.
At 10:49 p.m. Thursday the school's website said the system was back online. This morning the school said the system was still online but that some files may also be inaccessible.
CU said it will continue to monitor the system and asks users to try and spread out their use of the site to mitigate the high volume of use the site could see today.
The system -- which CU uses to host online courses -- had been down since Tuesday. The system experienced a similar outage in mid-January that lasted about a day, according to CU's Office of Information Technology.
