Innovations and inventions created by more than 350 engineering students at the University of Colorado will be on display Saturday at the annual fall Engineering Design Expo.

A total of 74 team projects will be exhibited, including those designed by students in the First-Year Engineering Projects course, as well as senior projects in a variety of disciplines.

Projects ranging from an educational science exhibit illustrating physics concepts for elementary school children to devices aimed at helping individuals with disabilities will be on display from noon to 3 p.m. at the Integrated Teaching and Learning Laboratory. That is located at Regent Drive and Colorado Avenue.

The event is free. Also, free parking is available across the street from the ITL Laboratory in lot 436.
