A winter storms is expected to bring freezing rain and snow to Boulder over the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.
Today's forecast calls for a high of 52 and winds 11 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. The overnight low is expected to be near 26 with a 30 percent chance of freezing drizzle and snow.
Saturday's forecast calls for cloudy skies with a high of 32 and patchy fog before noon. There is a 50 percent chance of freezing drizzle before noon followed by snow. The overnight low is expected to be near 20, with the chance of snow dropping to 30 percent.
Sunday's forecast calls for cloudy skies with a high of 31 and a low of 22.
