That everyone with young children and grandchildren is not up in arms over the dismantling of environmental programs and regulations directed at the health and well-being of the public and of the Earth as a whole is dismaying.
It is the coming generation that will most directly bear the brunt of the disregard and active dismissal of climate science. How corporate profit, particularly that of the fossil fuel industries, is considered more important than the viability of our life on the planet is more than dismaying. It is short-sighted and pig-headed, and it should be criminalized.
