BOULDER, Colo. –

Boulder police are asking for help identifying a man suspected in a Feb. 10 burglary in the 1600 block of Spruce Street.

The incident was reported to police at 5:35 p.m. that day after the resident returned home and discovered that his back door had been pried open. He told investigators nothing appeared to have been taken from his apartment.

A witness assisted police in drawing a composite of a Hispanic man seen banging on the back door the same day. The suspect is described as about 5-feet-10-inches tall and 180 to 200 pounds with a shaved head, dark eyebrows and a thin mustache. He was wearing a white, quilted-style jacket, baggy blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to call detective Collin Stephens at 303-441-3330 or police dispatch at 303-441-3333. To remain anonymous, call the Northern Colorado Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or visit www.crimeshurt.com.

Since this doesn’t look like a human being, I doubt this sketch is going to do much to catch the suspect unless the robberies happened on mars.

Did the guy wear a baseball cap all his life? Why is his head squished in at his temples?
