BOULDER, Colo. –

The deadline is April 15, and applicants must be a county resident for at least one year, currently attend a university, community college or technical school full time and have only low or moderate income.

Preferences will be given to students actively involved in a student organization or the community. This is not a scholarship for students just finishing high school.
