A search panel looking for the next president of the Front Range Community College system named seven semi-finalists for the post.

The Colorado Community College System launched the search to replace Karen Reinertson, who retired from in June. Michael Kupcho, college vice president of finance and administration, is serving on an interim role.

The FRCC presidential candidates will visit the campuses next week. They will discuss their backgrounds and experiences, leadership styles and philosophies on a variety of issues.

All of the meetings on the Boulder County campus will be in the Community Room, C Building.

Following are the seven semi-finalists and when their interviews on the Boulder County campus are scheduled:

David Borofsky, president of Bates Technical College in Tacoma, Wash.; 2-2:45 p.m. Thursday.

Andrew Dorsey, vice president of Front Range Community College Westminster Campus and college-wide chief academic officer; 10:30-11:15 a.m. Thursday.

Utpal Goswami, vice president and provost of Yavapai College in Prescott, Ariz.; 3:45 -4:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Darlene Miller, president of Manchester Community College in Manchester, N.H.; 12:30-1:15 p.m. Friday.

Marc Nigliazzo, vice president of Rio Rancho Operations and Branch Academic Affairs for the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, N.M.; 8:15-9 a.m. Friday.

Susan Phillips Speece, chancellor of Penn State University, Berks College in Reading, Pa.; Noon-12:45 p.m. Wednesday.

Diana VanDerPloeg, president of Butte College in Oroville, Calif.; 1:45-2:30 p.m. Thursday.
