It’s April Fool’s week — and reality shows are getting in on the action.

Let the games begin.

Celebrity pranks

Reality TV, film and music stars decided it was time to reverse the tables, so they signed up for CBS’ reality special “I Get That A Lot.”

The show airs Wednesday on CBS and it gives celebrity pranksters the chance to make April fools out of their fans.

Heidi Klum, “Survivor’s” Jeff Probst, Ice-T, Jessica Simpson, Lee Ann Rimes and Mario Lopez all agreed to “pretend” to work regular jobs for this special.

The celebs deny their true identities on “I Get That A Lot.” The fans can’t figure out if this is the real deal — or if they’re being punked.

Yes, it’s all on tape.

Simpson pretended to be a computer store geek, Klum worked in a pizzeria, Ice-T posed as an athletic shoe salesman, Rimes served coffee in a diner, Probst worked a cashier in a grocery store and Lopez sold hot dogs in Central Park for the TV special.

The YouTube previews of “I Get That A Lot” are pretty funny. This is must-see reality TV.

‘AI’ lip-synch scandal

“American Idol” let the cat out of the bag — the reality show admits that lip-synching takes place on the weekly talent contest.

No, this is not an April Fool’s joke.

A rep for the producers confessed that “American Idol” contestants sing along to vocal tracks during the group performances.

Guess who gave away the show’s dirty little secret?

First season runner-up Justin Guarini revealed the “American Idol” secret on cable’s “Idol Wrap” last week.

That’s just desserts for making Guarini appear in the horrendously bad film “From Justin to Kelly: With Love.” The movie also starred “American Idol” winner Kelly Clarkson.

Osbournes ‘Reloaded’

The Osbourne family can’t seem to get enough reality TV.

The wild and crazy family will host a debut showing of “Reloaded” Tuesday on Fox. The show will air right after “American Idol.”

This is not an April Fool’s prank. The Osbournes — Ozzy, Sharon, Kelly and Jack — are dead serious about their return to reality TV.

“Reloaded” is taped in front of a live studio audience. Can you say accident waiting to happen?

The reality program will feature the offbeat family taking part in an unusual mix of variety show, comedy sketch, game show and hidden camera formats.

So far it’s been revealed that Sharon Osbourne will discuss stripping grandmothers — and Ozzy will spray the studio audience with foam.

Be scared. Be very scared.
