Many of our own fashion choices trace back to chic celebrities.
Lucky for us, there’s no need to be a celebrity to steal their style.
From images and clips of upcoming fall shows such as “Gossip Girl,” “90210,” “Melrose Place,” “The Beautiful Life” and “One Tree Hill” (and the pages of Internet tabloids), here are five popular fall trends that will make you look like you’ve been cavorting with celebs.
Leggings aren’t going anywhere. They are still on the fall fashion lineup for tons of celebrities. Hot trends are animal prints, bright colors, foil prints, metallic, lace, denim and accent leggings with zippers and buttons. Pair them with anything, really. Wear them under a mini-skirt or with a belted tunic.

2 Belted dresses
Thick belts, thin belts, fitted dress, blousy dress. Whatever your style may be, belted dresses are all the rage — especially on the fall tube. Mix it up with an orange belt on a blue dress or do black-on-black with a patent-leather belt.

3 Denim shorts
Before the snow hits, squeeze in the last few weeks of shorts weather with some stylish denim ones — and don’t be afraid to make them short. Dark denim high-waisted shorts, worn-and-torn cutoffs, or basic clean-lined shorts are all en vogue. Dress them up with a pair of high heels.

4 Long necklaces
Long necklaces that hit just above the belly button are the chic look for accessories. Silver- or gold-layered chains, beads, stones, pearls (of every color) and statement pieces look great with any outfit. Layer them or wear a single strand.

5 Rebel chic
There’s no need to be a rocker to look like a hot groupie. Leather-heeled shoe boots, edgy jewelry, skinny black jeans, fitted plaid button-up shirts, vintage rock T-shirts and black smudged eyeliner all can help get the look.
