It’s time for round two of reality show finales, so here’s the scoop:
“American Idol” suffered its dullest season to date, but the show’s rallying audience support for Wednesday’s finale.
That’s because the final showdown will be between crowd-pleaser Crystal Bowersox and acoustic guy Lee DeWyze.
Fortunately, the TV audience voted out the very boring Casey James last week — even if “AI” judge Kara DioGuardi has a cougar crush on him.
Odds say Bowersox will win the talent contest with her a powerhouse voice.
Wednesday’s show will also mark the departure of “AI” judge Simon Cowell. The reality judge told Oprah Winfrey he was leaving the show because he was bored.
Cowell’s just preaching to the choir. Hopefully, the musical entrepreneur will bring some edge to his new “X-Factor.”
Last week, “Survivor” held its massive three-hour finale and there were lots of twists in the game.
Sandra Diaz-Twine wasn’t the strongest player, but she beat out Parvarti Shallow and Russell Huntz to win “Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains.”
This makes Diaz-Twine the only “Survivor” to win two seasons of the adventure show.
Evil mastermind Hantz made it to the finale. However, the player’s devious ways left him without one single vote at the final tribal council.
Plus, the new season of “Survivor” was announced during the finale.
“Survivor: Nicaragua” will air this fall and there will be some new factors in the game. That includes moving the show to a Wednesday CBS slot.
Jesse James interview
Reality star and the former Mr. Sandra Bullock — ‘er Jesse James — is breaking his silence about his martial problems.
James will be interviewed on Tuesday’s “Nightline” to ‘fess up about his affairs and marriage. The show airs at 10:35 p.m. KMGH-Channel 7.
This should be interesting.
Kourtney and Khloe re-take Miami
Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian are ready to air season two of “Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami.”
This season, Khloe returns to her spicy radio show and there will be lots of drama at the DASH boutique.
The new season airs June 13 on the E! Network.
