Here it is, via Open Snow
Are your quads burning to burn? Yeah, it’s about that time of year, so we thought we’d pull together some of Jenn’s ski- and ride-related resource material so you can start salivating over snow. Here are the hits:
Life should be faster and easier, and so should getting to the slopes be. So Jenn made a list of ski bus and rideshare options.
Terrain park tipsheet: Where should you plan to jib and jump? Here’s a very quick rundown of Keystone, Copper, Aspen Buttermilk, Breck and Echo.
Feeling ambitious? Start planning for a longer trek — here are Jenn’s top five Colorado ski areas worth traveling to: “From Steamboat’s notorious powder to Telluride’s swank and steeps to Wolf Creek’s minimal services and maximal dump potential, there’s a lot of variety and character out there… and you might happily escape the crowds, too.”
And while Jenn knows what’s up on the slopes, we turn to Christy Fantz for another important ingredient in a successful snow outing — the apres-ski hot toddies and other warm adult beverages: “Make them hot and strong, but make sure to stray from the schnapps. We aren’t in high school anymore. We want grown-up drinks here.”
Amen. Just be sure you’re clear on your rideshare deal before getting into the sauce, eh?
