Brian Davidson, a physician and faculty member at the University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus, plans to formally announce his candidacy for CU regent-at-large in Denver on Tuesday, he said in an e-mail today.
Davidson, a Republican, is running against current Regent-at-Large Stephen Ludwig, D-Lone Tree, who has held the seat since 2007.
Davidson also ran in the 2006 election, losing to Ludwig.
