It’s on the streets, it’s in your pocket, it’s snuffed in your ashtray — and, thankfully, it’s on the shelves in recreational stores in Boulder. Being 21 in Colorado is a little more special here than in other states. You can buy marijuana legally — and smoke it legally, too. (In the comfort of your own home. If your own home allows it.)
