Critics say the process by which Mark Kennedy was chosen as the sole finalist for University of Colorado system president lacked transparency and thoroughness.

The University of Colorado system Board of Regents will meet Wednesday in executive session.

The meeting, which will be from 9 a.m. to noon at the university system offices at 1800 Grant St. in Denver, will include discussion of a personnel issue on one of the campuses, according to CU system spokesman Ken McConnellogue.

There will not be a public portion of the meeting and no action will be taken.
