A neighborhood meeting is set for Oct. 30 at which people can learn about plans for the Nine Mile Corner development slated for the southeast corner of U.S. 287 and Arapahoe Road in Erie.

Evergreen Devco Inc. will host a meeting to discuss its land use application for a 47-acre mixed use development with commercial and retail uses on the western 33 acres, and a 290-unit apartment complex planned for the eastern 13 acres.

Infrastructure improvements there will include storm sewer, sanitary sewer, domestic water, electricity, roadway and landscaping, with that work starting in 2020, with “project deliveries” starting in 2021.

Members of the public will have the opportunity to hear project details and to provide comments or concerns at the meeting. It is set for 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Erie Community Center’s Mitchell meeting room, 450 Powers St.
