The Boulder Chamber through Jan. 22 is accepting nominations for award winners to be honored at its annual Celebration of Leadership.
Nominees must be employed or residents in Boulder County. Awards are:
Virginia Patterson Business Leader of the Year — presented annually to a person who exemplifies determination and commitment to build a strong local economy.
Innovative Business of the Year— recognizing a business or organization that demonstrates the innovative spirit, creative problem-solving and pioneering approaches to organizational success and industry growth that exemplifies the character of Boulder’s business community.
Impact Award — recognizing an individual or company that has made significant contributions to advance their industry, environmental stewardship, and/or social sustainability within the Boulder County community.
Rising Star Award — recognizing an up-and-coming individual or business who / that has had a significant positive impact on an industry, the local economy and/or the Boulder community.
Entrepreneur / Start-up of the Year — recognizing a visionary person or company that has reimagined a business concept, taken an innovative solution, product or service to the marketplace and demonstrated successful business growth.
Franny Reich Lifetime Achievement — recognizing an outstanding individual for their legacy of exemplary business achievement and community impact.
