Boulder County reported five new coronavirus cases on Friday with no new deaths.

The county has reported 1,426 cases and 72 deaths on Friday. Of the cases, 176 have been hospitalized, the same as Thursday, and 573 have recovered, an increase of one from the previous day. Currently, there are 99 disease investigations in progress, which remained the same from Thursday.

In the county, the leading age range for those who have been affected are 20 to 29 year olds with 446 cases.

Statewide, there have been 33,352 cases reported, which is has remained the same as Thursday. Of those, 5,527 have been hospitalized. There have been 1,521 reported deaths due to the virus.

There have been 337,391 of people tested in the state, while 18,014 have been tested in Boulder County.
