Boulder residents should expect altered hours or closures at city facilities on May 30 for Memorial Day.

All Boulder administrative facilities and libraries will be closed.

The North Boulder Recreation Center will be open from 1:30-6 p.m., but East Boulder Community Center and South Boulder Recreation Center will be closed.

The Boulder Reservoir will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., with exit gates closing at 9 p.m. The swim beach will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Scott Carpenter Pool lap lanes and the leisure pool area will be open from 1-6 p.m.

Flatirons Golf Course, Valmont Bike Park and Open Space and Mountain Parks trails and trailheads will be open during normal operating hours.

Parking is free on city streets, in all city-owned lots and downtown garages on Memorial Day and the free Park-to-Park shuttle that connects downtown with Chautauqua Park will be running from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Paid parking is in effect as normal at Chautauqua Park.
