Christine Ricciardi
Tiney Ricciardi joined The Denver Post in 2020 to cover all facets of the Colorado cannabis industry, including marijuana and hemp policy and reform, market trends, and entertainment. Prior to her Rocky Mountain tenure, Tiney worked for The Dallas Morning News where she served as the first beer editor covering the Lone Star State's emerging craft beer landscape. She also worked a stint in the newspaper's marketing division developing audience loyalty and retention strategy.
Tiney's work has been recognized by the Society of Features Journalism and, in 2018, she was honored as Arts and Entertainment Journalist of the Year by The Dallas Morning News. She is co-founder and co-host of Grapes and Grain podcast, and currently pursuing her cicerone and beer judge certifications.
A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Tiney holds degrees in convergence journalism and Spanish language.
